Ingredients:
6 to 8 plum tomatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 or 3 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 baguette of bruschetta style bread
Cut plum tomatoes in half, drizzle w/olive oil, salt, minced garlic, and thyme
or rosemary. Roast at 350 for about 1 ½ hours. Serve with sliced bruchetta.
