Mustard Mashed Potatoes



3 lbs yukon gold potatoes
1/2 cup dijon mustard
3 tablespoons butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup cream or milk

Peel and chop potatoes, and steam over high heat until soft.

In a large bowl, mix together the steamed potatoes and the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the pork loin with the mashed potatoes, and drizzle with the maple mustard sauce.
