CREAMY MASHED POTATOES



This recipe will make about 10 servings.
5 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into cubes
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup whipping cream
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper

Boil potatoes until softened; strain. In a large mixing bowl and while potatoes are still warm, use a hand mixer to mix together the butter, sour cream, potatoes, cream cheese and whipping cream into the potatoes. Continue to mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
